muffin-land

My name is Tali and I started this blog while Googling for Barbies. I saw mummified Barbies and my Mom said that I could make an avatar if I made a blog, so I started one. I am eight years old. I will be nine in December. P.S. You will like the mummified Barbies.

Auditions:

I heard from Mommy-G that a movie is being made over at Stuffed Animal Tales called Gone With The Captists. I wanted to audition Doobie (means teddy bear in Hebrew) as Annie. I also wanted to audition Martin (my brother's teddy bear) as Frederick. You know how I have lots of stuffed animals so I have more if you need them as extras. I have some farmer bears, another bear that can fill in for Frederick, and I have a teddy bear that I have had since I was two years old (Isabeara), who can fill in for Annie.

So here are the pictures.

I hope you think my bears are good for the parts.

Tali, as they say in Hobbeyswood "break a leg!"

Good luck on your auditions.

Tali, I've never seen more talented-looking bears! One of them is a dog, though. I keep my fingers crossed for you and your bears.

Your bears look perfect for the parts. Dogs and bears go together

As your mom said "break a leg." Actors etc say that or "merde" "death" in French

Anything else is bad luck

As we noted over at ASININE NEWS, Isabeara (aka Doobie?) is good for the part of Anastasia. The dog looks like a wonderful UnCaptist thug, and the creature next to him, costumed differently, would make an excellent Red Baboon.
In the front row, we like the white-shawled bear for the part of Ginny, the farmhand, the straw-hatted bear for Frederick (the part is still open after all), and the other bear as an extra/Captist servant on the estate in the opening.
Please note that this is not an ironclad contract. Further information and/or audition results may alter these casting decisions, as occurred in the unfortunate case of Mr. Teddy Bear, the intimate friend of S. A. C. A. D. A. Boy (young Indeterminacy).
Thank you all very much. You will be notified when shooting begins at a lot on the former NG4J complex, Hobbesywood, Stuffed Animal Planet.

um, i have a little experience in the field of coaching (as well as producing) should you and/or Hobbes need any help.

that said, BEST (worst?) OF LUCK (misfortune?), dear Talinted one (get it? Tali + talented??), pretty sure you were BORN to appear on the big screen! seems like a stellar cast is being put together for this venture, can't wait to see how it all turns out!! : ) xox

You know, Tali, as an outsider I think the bears are beautiful and your introduction as elegant as I've come to expect, but if I were Weirsdo, I think I'd wonder: Does Doobie want the role enough?

Beautiful bears are a dime a dozen in Hobbesywood. Has Doobie ever done Shakespeare?

Good luck, though. :)

Tali was quite excited about the news Hobbes. Of course, she said her stuffed animals won't accept anything less now, no matter what happens with the auditioning process.

The bears (and one eared dog) are looking forward to their trip to Hobbeyswood.

To clear up the mix-up on the names - the main bear here is Doobie. Tali mentioned Isabeara who I'm thinking she offered up as an understudy. But since this is not theatre, that won't be necessary.

The dog is Martin.

To all othe well wishers, tali was quite pleased and gratified by your wishes. After much homework, she and Doobie were off to bed with visions of fame and fortune swimming through their heads.

G'night.

Hobbesywood here we come!

I think I should clarify that Earth governments have, in their isolationist wisdom, refused to accept Stuffed Animal Planet currency as legal tender.

Do be a DOOBIE... nice name. Had a beagle when I was in 9th grade with the same name. (named after the Doobie Brothers, you understand).

I love bears - Tali, I'm sure yours are all a shoe-in, even the dog.
